Revelrey Christmas Giveaway /// Week 1- Closed

Every week during the month of December, I am going to be doing a giveaway featuring local artisians for my super fabulous readers! HOORAY! The first week is:

This first giveaway is something that I am truly passionate about, because it involves food. And more specifically a wonderful food that needs to be a part of every savory meal, well at least it is at my house. Garlic. My only problem is that those pesky little bulbs of goodness either start sprouting or go bad before I can use it all up because I just leave them in the full view of the sunlight.

The solution is made by Lisa Ingram of Pottery by Lisa who created this amazing garlic keeper that begs to be showcased on your counter.

Lisa not only creates beautiful items from clay, she is truly a great friend (we had coffee together when she personally gave me this piece). So when she gave me the option to pick any piece from her shop, I snagged this little guy for you, and I named him Garett, who is the prettiest handsomest white garlic keeper that you ever did see.

Now for the fun part, how to win Garett, the garlic keeper (do all three for the best result ;):

1. Enter a comment below stating your favorite garlicky dish to make/eat!
2. Tweet or post on your facebook about the giveaway, and leave me a comment that you did.
3. Jump on over to Lisa's etsy shop and tell me what is another piece you would like to have
or a custom piece that you would like to have her make for you
and leave me a comment telling me all about it!

On all of your comments, make sure to leave an email so I can get back in touch with you!!!

The drawing will end on Friday, December 7th at Midnight EST.
The winner will be chosen by random.org and is only open to US residents only.

If you would like to check out more of Lisa's wonderful work you can find her on facebook and etsy.

Thank you for participating, and garlicky kisses to you all ;)

THE WINNER IS Holly W.! Please contact me to arrange for shipment!

  1. Veggies! With Olive oil and garlic!

  2. I like the set of green nesting bowls. :)

  3. Hmm only one garlicky dish? I too have been adding garlic to everything. Great is spaghetti sauces, I put some in burgers, and you can't beat garlic and mushrooms on a steak =)
    Posted on Facebook
I would want her set of 3 green nesting bowls or the cobalt & coral coffee mug.

  4. Tweeted this blog post!!

FAVOURITE garlic dish would definitely be adding freshly ground garlic to a light penne pasta dish with white wine...something only the best cooks have taught me....

  5. Shared on FB.
I like Lisa's Square Stopperless Salt and Pepper Shakers

  6. It's a tie....garlic in my parmesan mushroom tomato soup and in my cheesy cracker spread ;) YUM YUM all this food talk is making me hungry!

  7. Love me some garlic. It's what makes the difference in hummus, one of my favorite foods. And, so simple yet delicious when sauteed with fresh green beans.

    Great idea, Kate!

  8. I also love Lisa's pieces! My wish list would include a colander and cake stand.
